Next, enjoy a traditional Japanese soba lunch, one of Nagano’s best-known specialties. Please note that this meal is not gluten-free. The dipping sauce also contains fish-based dashi and may not be suitable for vegan or vegetarian diets.

After lunch, explore the historic streets of Shibu Onsen, a traditional hot spring town with over 1,300 years of history and charming wooden ryokan. You’ll also have time to relax in a natural hot spring bath.
